the ac in the room wasn't cooling properly,, but the breakfast spread was amazing with fresh coconut water and pancake stations. the ocean view terrace was serene for watching sunsets, and the staff were super friendly and always helpful.

Such a relaxing spot after all that camping in Tanzania! The pool right on the beach was incredible. Staff were really friendly, and one even helped me when I got lost in Old Town. The breakfast was a hit, especially the omelettes. Just wish they’d sort out the bathroom smell, which kinda took away from the vibe.

This place suits me perfectly with its amazing outdoor swimming pool, excellent restaurant, and welcoming 24-hour reception. The staff helped me find great dining options during my first stay, and Bakari made my excursions seamless. I’m coming back for a romantic escape.

My stay was fantastic, with the hotel just a short stroll from both the serene forodhani park and the buzzing old slave market, making it easy to soak in the sights and sounds of stone town. the staff were incredibly welcoming, especially lucy from guest relations, who made us feel at home throughout our visit.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Park Hyatt in Zanzibar. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and made every effort to ensure I was comfortable. My King Room had an amazing view, and the decor reflected the local culture beautifully. I really enjoyed the breakfast – the omelettes were fantastic, and the coconut water was refreshing. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Stone Town. However, there were a couple of issues that need attention. I noticed some mold in the bathroom, which detracted from the otherwise pristine atmosphere. Additionally, there were moments when the dining service felt disorganized, especially during breakfast, which left me feeling a bit frustrated. These small inconveniences didn't overshadow my overall experience, but they are areas where the hotel could improve.

My only suggestion would be to address the occasional disruption from street vendors passing by, which can be a bit distracting while relaxing by the pool.
